Valérie Miglia obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1987. She practices business law generally, specialising in the areas of corporate, commercial, securities and mining law. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course of the Canadian Securities Institute. Her practice includes public and private equity and debt financings, original listings and maintenance of listings on stock exchanges, mergers, acquisitions and reverse takeovers.
