RoseMarie Labbé has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1997. She practices principally in securities law, specializing in the negotiation and drafting of contracts of financial products and services, mainly derivative products. RoseMarie obtained a bachelor in civil law from Laval University in 1994. After studying common law at the University of Western Ontario, she completed her master’s training in securities law at the University of Montreal. She has previously been legal counsel and corporate secretary of two major financial institutions in Quebec, respectively manager and distributor of financial products.
