Michael Polak has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1983. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from McGill University.

Michael Polak’s principal expertise is in matters relating to corporate and commercial law and previously managed a large team of lawyers specializing in diverse areas of law. He is considered to be very knowledgeable in a large variety of legal fields and is considered very efficient and helpful in opening doors for his clients and contacts, with an eye not only on legal matters but in assisting them in their whole business.

Michael is the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Montreal and is also on the International Board of Advisors of BNI (Business Network International), the largest networking organization in the world. Michael has also sat on many committees of the Quebec Bar, including the Disciplinary, Professional Inspection and Ethics Committees. Michael has also been on the governing boards of schools, hospitals and charity groups.
